    FRANCESCA BEARD is an internationally acclaimed spoken word artist with over twenty years experience facilitating cross-arts projects. She’s written commissions for The Barbican, The Tower of London, The Young Vic and The Royal Court.     Thursday 24th June, 2-4pm

    Inspiration literally means the act of breathing in. This fun and inclusive workshop will focus on breathing, creativity and the present moment, seeking to support your writing process through simple mindfulness and meditation techniques. Through a series of easy exercises, Francesca will share her creative practise and the methods she has found for producing writing that connects and grounds her to her community as well as her own heart. The session will include some gentle chair based physical movement.
