Beeston WORD!

  • Beeston WORD! is WORD!'s regular Nottinghamshire based night. Hosted and curated by Lydia Towsey, it was launched in 2018 and takes place at Beeston Library on a quarterly basis in partnership with Inspire Libraries.

    It consists of two halves of open mic and two professional headline acts, one locally established and one of national / international standing.

    Previous acts include John Hegley, Zena Edwards, Ravelle-Sadé Poetic Perception, Rob Miller, Jonny Fluffypunk, Lauren Foster, George Szirtes, Rubies & Jewels, Joelle Taylor and many more.
